So a moment I have waited for is here. I have wanted to make these books a success and in order to reach that success, I must have an agent...so I found me one. I just recieved news that an agency out of New York is willing to take on my project with The Price of Power. What does that mean? It means that they could be able to sell my work to a larger publisher making it more widely available on bookstore shelves and at trade shows and the like. The bigger it becomes, the better the possibility of movies too. So this could be a very good thing.
Downsides? Well, the greatest downside is that they are unable to sell my work and then I am simply back to square one.
No matter the outcome of this gigantic leap in my "career", I want to thank all of you as my readers and fans for your continued support and know that I love you all dearly.
I will keep you up to date as new things come to light!

All right, I am going to level with you all. I have been writing hard since Christmas to get this book done for all of you. I am fast approaching 900 pages with about 1/3 of the book to go still. This has become an absolute monster of reading material not to mention the complexity of the storyline...
So, I have made the decision to split the book in half, or thereabouts. Right now, the story itself sits at about 522 pages. Not bad.
What does this mean to you as my reader? It means that there will be one more book than originally planned, it also means that there are certain details that I had intended on divulging in the second book that will now come out in the third. For this I apologize, but I do believe that it will make it easier on you to take it all in.
The Price of Power is full of action, new characters, new places, conflict and resolutions. I think you will love it as you did Noble Courage! Is the excerpt that is up on the site truly in the book? Yes, it is a part of the book before the split. When do I foresee this book coming out? I hope to see it out by the end of 2009. Let's cross our fingers and hope for the best on that one. When will the third book come out? Probaby one year after the RELEASE of the second. Will I post an excerpt of that one? More than likely...you should know me better than that! haha

We seem to all adopt a "song" in our relationships, so what song would you dub as Thorne and Aspen's??
It can be anything from today or from long ago... I just want to hear your thoughts on how you view their relationship!
Have fun!

This is always fun to do...
By reading the books, you should have a good idea in your head of what the people look like to you. I want to know what actors you would choose to portray the characters if you were casting the books as a movie. Hehe
There is no right or wrong, just lots of fun! Enjoy yourself and fall back into their world again!

All right, we've had a chance to settle in a little bit...
I would like to hear your thoughts on characters. Who is your ultimate favorite and why? What do you foresee happening to them? What would you enjoy seeing?
I think it would be cool to know what makes them come alive to you.
These characters can be from any of the books. (Pre-readers might want to keep new chracters under their hat for now)
I look forward to hearing from you!!

I love to speak with my fans about my writing. I'd like to use this blog to talk with you, to hear your thoughts about what you have read. So please use this as a positive tool and communicate with me...I want to entertain you on an ongoing basis!!
Noble Courage has been out since July of 2007, The Tales of Elgolan was released in November 2008 and I am working on continuing the story of Noble Courage and it is called The Price of Power. I am maybe half done. It is painstakingly full of detail and surprises, twists and turns, but I think it outshines Noble Courage. We shall see!
